Assessment Centers (for recruiting and selecting new employees)
Assessment Centers is an effective way of identifying appropriate staff based on specific needs of the organization. It goes beyond the mere face-to-face interviewing techniques that are often applied in practice. By this new method, abilities of applicants are measured according to scientific and proven methods where applicants are requested to take a series of tests. Each test is designed to measure certain characteristics of the applicants, and is assessed by experienced assessors. More details on this service can be made available upon request.

The High Achiever is a special HR development solutions that helps a group of branch managers improve the branch performance dramatically in a short period of four months. This is done through an intensive process intervention that includes, among other things, a four-day residential course 'High Achievers'. The results of this intervention in terms of concrete improvement in business performance are tremendous and are guaranteed. This is offered only as a closed course to individual organization. Our initiative with individual banks during the past year has been a great success.

The IOB is also involved in applied organizational research activities that investigate factors, which have an influence on performance and the improvement of organizational quality. Such research may focus on longitudinal studies, action research, employee satisfaction surveys, customer satisfaction and relationship management surveys. The IOB can provide such services to the willing organizations as sponsored research in any applied area.
