Marketing and Customer Relations This center is closely linked to the business centers of the IOB. Its function is to promote the Institute of Banking services to present and potential clients. In this context, the Center is expected to scan the financial services environment for present and emerging trends. It will undertake market analysis of promising market segments for the IOB. It will also manage the IOB trademark and work to shore up IOB image and manage public relation and promotional events. The following are some of the tasks envisioned for the Center:
The unit is also responsible for coordinating the Bankers’ Committee meetings, as well as processing and following up on visa applications for foreign associate faculty and trainers.
