As a first step in the development of Saudi Arabian insurance professionals, the Institute of Banking has developed the Insurance Foundation Certificate (IFC). This program of courses provides the industry with the first level of recognised insurance competence. It is the prerequisite for anyone who is pursuing specialist service provider licenses, such as Agents, Brokers and Loss Adjusters. Those who complete the IFC will have the opportunity to further their insurance professionalism by pursuing the Diploma in Insurance and the Advanced Diploma of Insurance.
